Our Precision Machinery Department performs the design, development, manufacturing and selling of “the robotization of the machinery around the presses manufactured by the heavy machinery departments,” “precision machinery manufacturing,” “automatic assembly machines for electronic components and automobile components” and also of products that are applications of these.

Safety and security: All procedures are controlled automatically and the assembly is performed without the intervention of human workers.

Raising efficiency and reducing labor: All the processes are automated and the steps from assembly to inspections are performed in a short period of time for the predetermined amount of production.

Design and development: We have applied the results we have achieved so far to prepare a design and manufacturing system that can respond to the diverse requirements.

Inspections: We implement inspections during the manufacturing processes and then perform operation inspections and performance tests when the manufacturing is complete. We only ship the items when they have passed.

Maintenance: We design the machines to make it possible to perform maintenance within the limited time available and we have also prepared a service system.
